Welcome.

My name is Emma, Seetal Piara Kaur.

With URRENA, I offer a woman-centred, holistic model of support: one that integrates ancient practices with modern, evidence-based science.

I accompany women through the rites of passage and key moments we can encounter: menstruation, maiden to motherhood, menopause, relational and career shifts, grief, loss, and other thresholds. Moments that invite us to look at ourselves and our lives in new ways.

Most people who come to me aren't struggling in a clinical sense. From the outside, they may ''have it all together'', yet somehow seem to find themselves challenged and navigating unknown territory, crossing symbolic roads without a map.

I am not here to hand you one ;-))

I am here to offer a framework, a safe space, my presence and tools: movement, meditation, nervous system regulation, nourishment, community and ceremonial integration, so you can walk your own path and face what you are moving through - and beyond - with awareness, confidence, and grace, remembering and reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and strength.

Take the first step

I warmly invite you to read more about my offerings, from weekly yoga classes to women's and mother circles, private in-home or online sessions, workshops and more.

Three pillars, one name

Forming the lens through which I approach this work.

  • Source & Remembrance

From the Basque word for water, and the Germanic word for original: a return to the primal essence, a remembrance of who we are before external pressures influence or cloud it. True empowerment calls us back to what has always been true, across all time and space. UR(A) honours the cyclical and emotional nature of womanhood, inviting you to move in harmony with nature, the seasons and your own inner world.

  • Alchemy of Transformation

Renata in latin meaning born again. Our challenges carry the seeds of their own resilience. What looks like an ending is also a new beginning. To fully accept this is committed and deep work. It asks you to turn toward what has broken you open and let it become your fuel, like a phoenix rising from the ashes: emerging with renewed joy and vitality, not despite what you've been through, but because you let yourself be changed by it.

  • The Bridge & Moving Forward

In Basque, the next, or that which follows. The teachings we gain only matter when they're truly lived and embodied: woven into the holiness and holy mess of everyday life. This is sustainable autonomy: to apply what you've learned and keep meeting life with a courageous, open heart, also after the work with me has ended.
